Ripcord Digital Marketing
Working with Ripcord has been all about turning consistent strategy into consistent results. I took over their social media and rebuilt their content approach so it actually worked for the audience they want to attract.
By tightening up their posting strategy, refining their messaging, and creating content that feels human instead of corporate, we boosted reach, impressions, and engagement across every platform. I also put a smoother approvals workflow in place so campaigns could move faster without losing quality.

IVG
As the Digital Marketing Manager at IVG, I looked after the full digital presence of one of the UK’s leading vape brands. My role was all about keeping the brand consistent, creative and connected to our audience across multiple channels.
I managed day to day content creation, social media strategy, community engagement and website campaigns to make sure our product launches, flavour ranges and brand campaigns always looked current and cohesive. I also helped deliver larger brand moments, including our national cinema advert and our sports sponsorship with professional darts player The Asp. Both projects gave us huge visibility and helped position IVG as a bold, mainstream brand rather than just another vape company.
Across all of this, the focus stayed the same: build brand awareness, strengthen loyalty and keep our digital presence sharp, reliable and up to date.

Scossa
I provided content photography, social media management and website update to a luxury contemporary furniture and lighting retailer based in the North West.
Scossa wanted a more polished and consistent online presence that truly reflected the quality of their designer furniture. They needed fresh content, stronger social media activity and clearer messaging across their website.
I created a professional photo and video content that showcased their furniture, lighting and showroom in a clean, modern and aspirational way. I then used this content to refresh their social media channels and bring their online identity up to the standard of their in store experience. Alongside this, I updated key parts of their website to improve clarity, flow and the overall customer journey.

Vape DinnerLady
In this role I looked after the full social and digital output, focusing on consistent growth, stronger visibility and a more recognisable brand identity.
I nurtured Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn with a steady mix of content that delivered 29.3 percent organic growth in a single month. I also supported major product launches by running multi platform livestream events across Facebook Live, Instagram and YouTube, reaching a combined audience of 116,000 and helping secure global retail sales.
Day to day, I designed fresh and engaging visuals in Photoshop, created playful transitions and Reels that passed 20k views, and built out a posting schedule of 10 plus posts per week through Hootsuite and Meta Suite. This helped expand Instagram by 3,000 followers in three months and kept all inbound comms aligned and organised.
I tracked performance through daily, weekly and monthly reporting, analysed competitors, and worked closely with influencers to develop partnerships that doubled ROI in Italy within two weeks. I also managed giveaways, coordinated internal and international events, briefed creative teams and supported wider marketing objectives to help the business grow.
Alongside the creative work, I managed workloads and schedules for other team members to keep everything running smoothly.

ESG - Cybersecurity
Over the past quarter, I have supported ESG by transforming its marketing output into a consistent, high-impact LinkedIn and content strategy aligned with NHS and financial-sector priorities. I developed a full content framework built around ESG’s core services including cyber security, supplier assurance, penetration testing, and digital transformation. This included producing weekly insights reports, creating topical post ideas, writing authoritative captions, and designing supporting visuals optimised for LinkedIn’s algorithm.
I also introduced a strong hook-first approach to improve engagement, alongside a simplified messaging structure tailored to senior NHS and finance decision-makers. To elevate brand authority, I produced thought-leadership content, regulatory explainers, and evergreen posts tied to Cyber Essentials, DSPT, and CREST testing. Additionally, I crafted design direction for infographics, campaign visuals, and service-based posts to ensure ESG’s brand stays clear, professional, and compliance-friendly.
