Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 10% fee of the total booking value. Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen – please contact us immediately if extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, accidents) prevent you from providing notice. Policy Questions?
